Since the first original SwimRun race (ÖtillÖ) was organized in the Stockholm archipelago 2005 between Sandhamn and Utö, the sport have seen an extensive growth. Amateurs, swimmers, runners and triathletes have come to understand the pleasure of combining the two sports in breathtaking environments, using just their own bodies and mind to conquer the course of swimming and running. Swim Running have literally exploded as a new sport, not just in Sweden but also globally. SwimRun is here to stay!

We are proud to be part of the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series as one of the Official Qualifiers to ÖTILLÖ, The Swimrun World Championship.

ÖTILLÖ is the original Swimrun race and the beginning of the Swimrun movement. The ÖTILLÖ, Swimrun World Championship is always hosted on the first Monday of September. The iconic course is 75 km long, of which 65 km is trail running and 10 km is open water swimming, over and between 26 islands from Sandhamn to Utö in the Stockholm Archipelago.

As an Official Qualifier the winners of each category; men, women and mixed have a guaranteed spot at next years ÖTILLÖ.
